What an exciting time as we approach Autumn with year-end just around the corner. Companies are actively starting to book Holiday Parties and think about Sales Kick-Offs, Training and creative ways to launch into 2011.
Atlanta Improv Events is currently booking entertainment for Holiday Parties with customized and interactive shows catered to your company and chosen theme. Everyone loves to laugh, and improv is the perfect way to end the year and celebrate with your work family by laughing with and at each other.
AIE can produce a Holiday Improv Show for small or large groups, and incorporate your theme to customize. You say it, and we play it!
For Sales Kick-Offs and Training initiatives, AIE will meet and discuss your goals and then produce an innovative improv program to enhance your topics, provide ice-breakers, facilitate team-building exercises that coincide with your goals or work-shops to get your teams motivated through basic improv techniques that can be used in business. Memorable Leave Behind

This week AIE prepared a memorable leave behind after attending a startuplounge seminar featuring Mark Grace who gave a valuable lesson on "Better Closing." After volunteering to "on the fly" demonstrate my memorable leave behind for AIE, I realized I needed to really simplify my pitch with 4 short and sweet points. So far, it goes like this:
Who are we? We bring improv to your business. Improvisation in business is quickly gaining ground and credibility as a valuable training tool. Basic improv technique teaches you to listen and focus on the other person~something we could all be better at. Your organization needs to enhance its capacity to be innovative and spontaneous. Include improv into most training, leadership, and learning conferences, and increase your organization's innovation and responsiveness. Let AIE customize an improv program for your next project. Atlanta Improv Events has decided to add casting to their services as of this week. I figure it's a sign. Folks must need casting help and improv talent must be desirable. Out of blue, I was contacted to cast 3 different projects over the last couple of months. Of course, I can understand the attraction to hire talent trained to work off script, as it better prepares an actor to work on the fly. At any rate, I consider it a suggestion from the people who matter-my future partners in this business of improv. I will be updating the website and other materials to include casting as a service offering of AIE. Imagine that, I sit back waiting for someone to book a cast for their next company function and business falls into my lap that I wasn't really aiming for. I love it!
